Very good experience with Rockwall CDJ. Worked out all of the details prior to even going to the dealership. Was there about 30 mins total to sign paperwork and on my way. Amado and Chad were excellent. Explained everything and made sure I was comfortable with my decision. Definitely will go there in the future. Don’t get sucked in by that other guy using his kids to push his cars. No thank you CC.

Kevin was fantastic! He wasn’t supposed to work today. He came in to catch up on some paperwork. He saw me without help, he jumped in and took care of me, whereas others ignored my presence.

What I liked about this dealership. First Jessica in the service department and was very nice and helpful. I came in for several things that I wanted checked out and some things done. I never felt pressured. I ended up having most done, but didn't want to pay $100 for a simple air filter. I replaced it (I'm a 80 year old woman) myself in about 2 minutes and cost me $16.79. After reading through all negative reviews for this dealer and apologies after apologies from the Service Director and General Manager, customer service has not changed and I highly discourage anyone doing business with them. I typically don’t do reviews but after my experience, it’s a must. I went to the service center to get my new tires mounted, balanced, and an alignment done on my Jeep. I came to get an inspection on a vehicle I purchased elsewhere and was nervous that they would find something wrong or worse, tell me they found something that wasn't really there. They were honest and thorough. Although I didn't purchase the car here I will continue to go to them for service and repairs.
I feel cheated. I chose the most expensive package for a 90k routine service and also noted the check engine light was on. Got car back after 4 hours no mention of check engine light which is still on and brakes wobble when braking as high speed. Truly awful service.
They thought they fixed my car but it was the wrong part they replaced and they found what it was and replaced it no charge
They were so awesome! My Jeep overheated and I had to be towed to the dealership. I was quit the damsel in distress and Erica & Jake jumped right in and helped make my day less stressful. They got my part ordered and was only without my Jeep for a day. They communicated each step of the way and stuck to the estimate. They went above and beyond!

This is the 6th time my car has been in for the same problem. They are unable to fix it, keeping it for a month each visit l, returning it promising the issue is fixed each time only to find out three weeks later the issue is never resolved and each time it breaks again it gets worse. Made an appointment a few weeks ahead of time, and we I got there I was immediately greeted. Erica, our advisor knew why I was there got my info and go lt us out there quickly. They texted as soon as the vehicle was ready and I really liked being able to pay in advance so my wife and son could pick up the vehicle.
Slow service. My service agent was busy and nobody would step up to assist. One agent told her, he was busy then spent the next half an hour talking to other service agents about lunch
They took care of the service I requested and updated me about the status of my vehicle.
They fit me in last minute and were realistic with the time frame to complete the work while keeping me informed of progress without any surprises to cost
Took my truck in for an oil change only. The service tech said it should take about an hour. I never received a notification that my truck was ready. I went back to the dealership 4 hours later to get my truck still without a notification. It had been ready for quite some time.
Christina provided excellent service and she went the extra mile to work with our warranty company to get what I needed covered.

The service department is terrible in regards to time. I had an 830 am appt for oil change/tires rotated and got there early for my appointment. It was 3 hours for this service. That seems very excessive for oil change.
Very thorough dealer service, found a potentially ruinous problem and fixed it under warranty in one day. Service advisor Justin proactively kept me informed continuously until job complete. Very pleased.
