Terrible service. Waited 2.5 hours... for a scheduled oil change. 2hours into it was told an update that needed to be done would take another 2 hours at least. Terrible communication, why was this not stated upon arrival? And this is for a safety recall. We feel very safe and cared about... they tried to charge $180 for filters and $25 for oil filter on a "free oil change". Bought a brand new Jeep and the only perk was 2 "free" oil changes, and this is the experience of the 2nd one, car doesn't even have 10k miles yet but now have to wait who knows how long for recall service. When we mentioned complaining, the service guy showed no care and said "yeah we get that a lot". Where is the accountability and customer service? Worst customer service I've had. If you have to go here, be prepared for poor communication and to be there for hours.
