They got my car in quickly and fixed quickly and was very clear on what was going on.

Dealership was amazing to work and honored everything they promised. They fixed the issues I needed fixed and even gave me a loaner vehicle. Victor and Christian both were amazing and I would buy from their dealership again!

Made a service appointment over the phone and was told 2-4 hours to correct the issue. I arrived at the dealership and the service advisor assigned was not working that day and the service advisor I was given said it would be 3-5 days. It certainly appears they have an internal communication issue at that dealership. 1 star, do not recommend.

Christina is very professional and provided excellent service. I would recommend that Christina be given dealer recognition for her work.

For the second time, I called and was scheduled for a recall repair on my 2025 RAM only to be told after getting there at 7:30am that the part is on "nation-wide" backorder with no idea when it will be available. Why is this not considered when customers are being scheduled? Bad enough RAM sends recall notices for parts they don't have, but the dealership scheduling the repair and wasting customers' time by scheduling service when they know they don't have the part is ridiculous .

Compared to other dealerships i have been to, i would say in my opinion, the Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Rockwall has a friendly environment and good time management.

Facilities are old/outdated & service is extremely slow. Four hours for oil change, 5 tire rotate and balance and when I got home my washer fluid was empty

They have found and fixed several things under warranty fixed several things and warranty. One big one that I took to a shop that the other shop couldn’t find. I have a reasonable price prices on synthetic oil changes and they don’t try to oversell me. Nobody came to me to convince me to get new air filters during the oil change. Most other dealers and the quick lube places would have.

Justin there was friendly and supportive. He kept me in the loop and was straight forward about the delays. Can not complain about the support

Cannot get radio issues resolved. Scheduled appt, then told when I was there for appt, I have to come back at 7 am wait in line for service, then leave my car for who knows how long. That is unacceptable since I purchased the car less than 2 years ago and have repeated problems with the same components. Let alone I had to point out the short in the cabling harness based on symptoms. Technician never looked at it.

My service rep Christina was GREAT. The rest was satisfactory and disappointing. The AI phone system was terrible and the service inspection done was a flat out lie. They passed things that were very clearly not up to standards. Ie windshield wipers, tire tread and tire pressure. I was there for an oil change not an inspection so I just in formed my service rep Christina of what they had done.

Service advisor was excellent he kept me well informed on progress of my vehicle. Service was prompt
