My service rep Christina was GREAT. The rest was satisfactory and disappointing. The AI phone system was terrible and the service inspection done was a flat out lie. They passed things that were very clearly not up to standards. Ie windshield wipers, tire tread and tire pressure. I was there for an oil change not an inspection so I just in formed my service rep Christina of what they had done.

New truck with 4k miles had both batteries completely dead. Took 4 business days to diagnose bad battery, and when I got in the truck after "repair" the check engine light was still on. They stated the bad batteries were due to the heat, smh, but after doing an actual diagnosis on the check engine light, turns out it was a combination of the IKON tracking device, that I wasn't aware was even yhe truck, and the fuse underneath the battery.

I am an understanding person and if I had been kept in the loop and felt not lied to, I wouldn't have been upset, but they seem to care. Will not ever go there again.

After reading through all negative reviews for this dealer and apologies after apologies from the Service Director and General Manager, customer service has not changed and I highly discourage anyone doing business with them. I typically don’t do reviews but after my experience, it’s a must. I went to the service center to get my new tires mounted, balanced, and an alignment done on my Jeep. After a 9-hour wait time (technicians had all sorts of problems mounting my tires), I left exhausted from the dealer. The next day I noticed my wheels where damaged / scratched and reported it to the service technician. Apologies came from various people, I took the car in for inspection, and was told it was going to be repaired by their in-house wheel tech. This was welcome news, but their in-house tech couldn’t fix it because of the custom mill work on the wheels. The Service Director offered to reimburse me if I can find someone to fix, but told him I didn’t know anyone. A month or so passed, with options to replace the wheels came from the Service Director and Service Technician. I provided all the necessary information sizing etc, but it turned out the wheels on my Jeep were no longer available. The next option was to buy different wheels but now instead of four wheel all five wheels would need be replaced (spare tire on rear door of Jeep) for a matching set. I sent both the Service Director and Service Technician preferences, sizing, etc and I was just waiting for order confirmation. A few days passed and the Service Director emails me that they are not fixing and not their fault. Completely unacceptable. Again, nothing has changed with this dealership -- apologies, promises, and leaving the customer hanging is their way.
I came to get an inspection on a vehicle I purchased elsewhere and was nervous that they would find something wrong or worse, tell me they found something that wasn't really there. They were honest and thorough. Although I didn't purchase the car here I will continue to go to them for service and repairs.
I feel cheated. I chose the most expensive package for a 90k routine service and also noted the check engine light was on. Got car back after 4 hours no mention of check engine light which is still on and brakes wobble when braking as high speed. Truly awful service.

The sales rep who assisted us, Justin, made this a genuinely pleasant experience. We were upfront about our intentions from the start, and instead of pressuring us, he respected them. At no point did he come across as the aggressive, pushy car salesman many of us expect when walking into a dealership.
Justin could have easily tried to steer us outside our comfort zone in terms of price or vehicle options, especially given Group 1’s large inventory, but he didn’t. He was knowledgeable about the Ram lineup, clearly a personal long-time fan of the brand himself, and was able to thoughtfully address concerns we had based on prior Dodge models that the public is aware of.
We test-drove a similar Ram and loved it. During that process, we learned the exact truck we wanted was located at another Group 1 dealership in Denton - which we had actually planned to visit later. We hadn’t initially realized Rockwall Dodge was part of the Group 1 network, as the Denton dealership is more clearly branded.
The only reason this is a 4-star instead of a 5-star review is timing. Even though we began the purchase around 3 PM on a Saturday, the truck couldn’t be transported to Rockwall until Monday. That said, Group 1 Dodge Rockwall loaned us the truck we test-drove, so we still drove off the lot feeling like we had a new truck in the family.
Overall, a great experience and a salesperson who genuinely earned our trust.

This is the 6th time my car has been in for the same problem. No fluid came out I walked in and asked about it the rep came out lifted the hood and said, oh no they sure didn’t. Got in my car, said I’ll be right back and drove off. That’s all he said. I was left outside for 20 minutes. Mind you; I’m now going to be late for a work meeting because I didn’t have time to wait for him to look at my car; I was just supposed to be picking it up. He came back to tell me; they had patched the hole, but the patch didn’t even last long while not being used in a the parking lot and that they repatched it. I said I asked 3 weeks ago for the tubing to be replaced not patched. You said it would be after you installed wipers you were not supposed to. He said if you would like to schedule and appointment to drop it off to have the tubing replaced I could do so.
ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME? What have they been doing with my car for the past three weeks? They never found the reason both batteries continue to drain, or the reason this is causing my ac and heater to now go out, or even replace the simple tubing I asked you twice to replace since I’ve dropped it off. I will never ever buy or drive another product from this company ever again. If I could give negative stars I would.
